This feature length documentary will tell the story of the fall of the World’s Most Liveable City, through the eyes of those who tried to save it. From the perspective of the freedom fighters over the last 18 months who have been standing against Daniel Andrews and his gross over-reaction.

Battleground Melbourne as a documentary will be mixing interviews with key participants and on-the-ground footage from actual events, Battleground Melbourne tells the story from ’14 days to flatten the curve’ to ‘Shoot on sight’, and counters the misinformation and outright lies that have been told by the Government, media, and police, in relation to the events of the last 18 months.

Battleground Melbourne will forever stand as a snapshot of a city in crisis, and will live on as a cautionary tale for the whole world:

*If it can happen here, it can happen anywhere.*

The final chapter of Melbourne’s pandemic story is yet to be written, but that will have to be the subject of a sequel in the future. 

Right now the world needs to know the truth of how the once ‘Most Liveable City in the World’ fell to become the ‘Most Locked Down’, and the true stories of the people who risked everything to save their beloved city.

Tentatively scheduled for release on the 20th of December, Battleground Melbourne is intended to be a topic of conversation over Christmas lunches across the country and the world. How could this happen? How could it happen HERE? What can we learn from it… and most importantly, how do heal the wounds and mend the division that has torn the once ‘Most Liveable City’ in two?

The time to answer these crucial questions is now, and the way to answer them, is through this feature-length documentary, Battleground Melbourne.
